Short Business Description
I view my work as a process of co-creation with my clients. Together we identify the present-day thoughts and behaviors to address and explore some of the earlier life experiences that may have shaped these patterns in order to foster sustainable change. I also support parents who want to help foster a healthier relationship with food and body image for their children. I embrace the perspectives of Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, and body acceptance which celebrate size diversity and prioritize overall well-being above the number on the scale. My practice is affirming of all lifestyles and intersecting identities.
