I provide client-centered care that helps individuals engage in their lives in a way that feels authentic and whole. I value creating therapeutic spaces in which my clients feel that all of them is welcome – the good, the bad, the healing, the trying, and everything in-between. My goal for my clients is to help them live a life of value and to feel they have the tools and skills they need to “live a life worth living,” as DBT founder Marsha Linahan would say. I want my clients to know their worth, their value, and their brave, so they can live lives full of love, belonging, and acceptance.
