I follow an anti-diet and all foods fit approach with my clients and their families. Instead of focusing on weight as an indicator of nutrition, I guide families and clients to focus on other aspects health like intuitive eating, gentle nutrition, joyful movement, and overall self-care/wellness. I truly believe we all have the ability to tune into our bodies and let them guide us toward what we need to eat in order nourish ourselves. My goal is to support my clients in finding food and body freedom.
