Thrive by Spectrum Pediatrics helps children overcome their feeding challenges, and supports parents as they work to establish happy and healthy mealtimes. We work with families both in person and remote throughout the country. We work closely with families to identify the causes of challenging mealtime situations and provide evidence-based, individualized and manageable strategies through family mealtime coaching. We also provide evidenced-based strategies to help children overcome their feeding challenges and become the little eaters they were meant to be. Our ground-breaking Tube Weaning Program helps children move beyond feeding tube dependency and into the freedom of eating by mouth.
