I follow an anti-diet and all foods fit approach with my clients and their families. Instead of focusing on weight as an indicator of nutrition, I guide families and clients to focus on other aspects health like intuitive eating, gentle nutrition, joyful movement, and overall self-care/wellness. I truly believe we all have the ability to tune into our bodies and let them guide us toward what we need to eat in order nourish ourselves. My goal is to support my clients in finding food and body freedom.

When working with parents of children, I refer to Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility.
When working with parents, I focus on the Division of Responsibility, all food fit, weight-neutral, etc.
I use Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility model which is a non-diet model for raising good eaters - focus is on building the child's eating skills rather than nutrient-focus.
I coach parents to use responsive feeding to support children in developing a positive relationship with food and body.
