As a queer, neurodivergent, first-generation Mexican woman, I bring lived experience in navigating systems that often weren’t built with us in mind. I understand how complex and sometimes contradictory our intersecting identities can feel. In therapy, I create space for clients to explore all parts of themselves — including the ones shaped by shame, self-doubt, or the pressure to conform. My work is grounded in self-acceptance and body respect, with a commitment to honoring your story without judgment.
My path into mental health began with my own healing journey. I often work with clients who are reflective, emotionally aware, and curious about the deeper patterns that shape how they move through the world. Many are dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the long shadow of childhood trauma. They want more clarity, more ease, and more connection — not through self-fixing, but through self-understanding. They’re seeking a therapeutic space that makes room for both past pain and the possibility of meaningful, embodied change.
I offer trauma-informed care for adults, teens, and couples, integrating psychodynamic insight with DBT and somatic awareness. I specialize in working with those navigating complex PTSD — individuals who have lived through chronic, relational, or systemic trauma. Across multiple clinical settings, I’ve supported clients in moving from survival into the more tender (and brave) territory of thriving. That work includes unlearning internalized oppression, healing relationships with food and body, and building a sense of self that isn’t defined by productivity or perfection.
I believe therapy should feel human. I hold space for what’s hard, but I also welcome humor, creativity, and play. I show up authentically and invite you to do the same — without needing to shrink or edit who you are.
