Emily Moorefield is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist dedicated to evidence-based, weight-inclusive care for individuals healing from eating disorders and disordered eating. She brings extensive experience across all levels of care—including Residential (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient treatment—working with the full spectrum of eating disorders.
Emily integrates Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy–informed nutrition (CBT-IN) into her counseling approach, helping clients explore ambivalence, challenge unhelpful food and body thoughts, and build sustainable, recovery-aligned behaviors.
She offers a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food. She is in network with Aetna Insurance and United Healthcare.
