I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma and feel passionate about providing care for those who struggle with these concerns. Utilizing evidence-based practices, we will work together to come up with a plan that meets your individual needs. I often work with dietitians (RDs), psychiatrists, and other medical providers, as part of an outpatient treatment team if necessary.
I believe in an embodied, holistic, Health At Every Size, trauma-informed approach. Authenticity, compassion, and creativity are important to me. I hope you feel empowered as we grow together.
