As a therapist, I work from the belief that all people deserve to feel safe and at home in their bodies. I believe that eating disorder recovery is possible and I am passionate about walking alongside my clients on their journeys. My therapy style is warm, humorous, and compassionate. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, empathic space where my clients feel seen and understood.
I specialize in treating eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors, as well as related anxiety, depression, and body image concerns. I provide individual, family, and group therapy services to people of all genders. My theoretical framework is built upon person-centered therapies and I incorporate aspects of ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing in sessions.
