I am passionate about Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and helping individuals reject diet culture and heal their relationship with food and body image. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and compassion-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (ACT, CFT, DBT). I employ the science of compassion to help clients cultivate their intuition, wisdom, courage, and inner kindness in the service of helping them reject diet culture and actualize meaningful, values-based living. I also enjoy helping clients support their children in this process.
