I am a Health at Every Size, weight-neutral therapist who has a special interest in working with those suffering from eating disorders. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for eating disorders, and skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I work with clients of all ages to practice intuitive eating, body neutrality, and unlearn diet-culture rules. If one of your loved ones is suffering from an eating disorder, therapy can help you gain the skills and knowledge to best support them, as well as a place to discuss and manage the difficult emotions that may come up as you support their recovery.
