Short Business Description
I am a HAES clinician that works with adolescents and adults who struggle with disordered eating and negative body image. It is my passion to help individuals get to the root of their disordered eating patterns and learn to find peace with food and their body. I utilize Intuitive Eating principles, CBT, DBT, and EMDR therapeutic modalities in my work with clients. I am a strength-based therapist and I believe that we all possess the strength within us to overcome any challenge that crosses our path.
