I work with women who struggle with disordered eating and body image. I subscribe to HAES and strongly support intuitive eating as part of a framework for developing a healthy relationship with food and body. This work involves self-compassion, developing an internal awareness of behaviors, thoughts and emotions, through mindfulness, and unlearning food rules (among other things). I want to help you develop an overall sense of self awareness and strength to believe in yourself and assert your needs.
