As a nutrition professional, I guide families, adolescents, and adults in discovering a way to feed their families and themselves from a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. My work is HAES informed and guided by Ellen Satter's DOR, Intuitive and Mindful Eating principles. It is client-centered, curious, and compassionate. It is always my privilege to walk side by side with clients on their journey to greater peace and balance with food, eating, and their bodies.
