Short Business Description
I'm Teresa, an eating disorder registered dietitian specializing in adolescent and adult eating disorder and disordered eating diagnosis. I work within a HAES, and all foods fit philosophy as we work improve your relationship to food with balance, variety and consistency. I support clients and parents in nutrition education for ED recovery and dismantling diet culture. I also provide support to parents and caregivers on how to approach food, weight and mealtimes to help their loved ones struggling with disordered eating.
