Abby Emmert, MA LAC NCC
I am passionate about helping my clients find their inner strengths and it is my goal that you will always leave our sessions knowing your value!
I specialize in eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety using a strengths and compassion-based approach. I also work well with those struggling with body image and body dysmorphia who are looking to heal their relationship with their body and food. As a former collegiate athlete, I love working with this population, as well. I am a HAES (Health at Every Size) practitioner and am passionate about providing non-diet, size inclusive care. As an eating disorder survivor and OCD warrior, I know what it's like to live with these disorders and wonder if there is a future without them.
I approach each client differently based on their individual needs, walking with them through the process, and collaborating on their care the entire time. Reaching out for help is scary, but you aren't alone.
Brian Pollack, LCSW, CEDS
Double board certified in Eating Disorder Care I work with adults and children within a HAES framework. FBT certification is used with adolescents and I am also an original board member of the National Association for Males with Eating Disorders.

Jessica Sprengle, MA, LPC
I offer an integrative approach that allows for individualization for each client and family. I consider my self radical authentic in my treatment style and bring my own experiences with an eating disorder to the table. I have spent most of my career working with adolescents and families in healing from eating disorders.

Leah Kinder LPC LMFT CEDS
Leah treats adolescents and adults, individuals, couples, and families, specializing in a holistic and HAES informed eating disorder recovery approach. Leah's treatment focuses on building self esteem, strengthening client's self worth, and challenging the diet culture messages that surround us in this society. The goal of treatment with Leah is a healthy relationship with food and body, and disconnecting the inaccurate societal link between each individual's weight/eating behaviors and their inherent value and human potential.
