Three Birds Counseling & Clinical Supervision provides Fat Positive, Queer Affirming, Faith Affirming and Trauma-Informed therapy and Clinical Supervision in English and Spanish. All providers specialize in eating disorders and body image concerns, are trained in a trauma protocol (i.e., EMDR, Brainspotting, TFCBT, IFS, DBT, DCT), and operate from a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach. We provide hardship evaluations in English and Spanish for loved ones of individuals facing deportation or seeking asylum and gestational carrier/donor candidate evaluations and consultation. We also help those walking the scary and painful path of infertility and pregnancy loss, and the exhausting experience of anxiety and trauma, both of which often overlap body and food concerns.
