Kelly Neilson, MDA, RD, LD
I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OSFED, ARFID) and disordered eating (such as chronic dieting, compulsive overeating, emotional eating, etc).
I know my clients are so much MORE than their eating disorder/disordered eating and I love helping them visualize and achieve their potential. My ideal client is ready to make changes to improve their life, have more freedom with food, and learn to embrace and love their body. All are welcome here. I am an anti-diet dietitian because my philosophy is based on the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. I firmly believe that all foods can fit and true health can be achieved at any body size. I work one-on-one with my clients through HIPPA-approved videoconferencing, so my clients can meet with me from the comfort of their homes.
I am here to listen to your needs and work with you to step away from your poor eating habits and behaviors and start living your best life. My sessions with you will be tailored to your individual needs. Contact me to set up a free 15 minute discovery phone call to get to know me, learn about my services, and see if I am a good fit for you!
Taylor Aasand, MPH, RDN
With over 6 years in the field of eating disorders, I have come to be a strong advocate for patient-centered care. I feel strongly about building a relationship with my patients and walking alongside them to meet their recovery goals. As a certified intuitive eating counselor, I enjoy helping patients health their relationships with food and their bodies, by being curious about their lived experiences, food beliefs, and behaviors. I practice from a Health at Every Size approach believing all bodies deserve access to strong healthcare.

I specialize in helping parents nurture healthy relationships with food so their kids eat more veggies and don't fixate on sweets. In addition, I focus on families with parents who have struggled with disordered eating and body image issues and don't want to pass that on to their kids. I offer several FREE online courses for busy parents: Growing Intuitive Eaters 101 (healthy relationships with food), Variety 101 (prevent and reverse picky eating), Feeding Baby 101 (a step-by-step guide to solids introduction), Constipation 101, and Milk 101 (how to choose the best milk for your child and how to transition off of infant milk). All of these courses are hosted on my YouTube channel: Growing Intuitive Eaters.
