I’m an anti-diet and body image coach who helps moms finally find peace with food and their bodies. My goal is to help smart, women get off the diet roller coaster for good. I especially want to help moms know how to talk with their kids about food and their changing bodies as well. In addition to being a certified life coach, I’m also a certified Pilates & yoga instructor
Ginny Jones is a Parent Coach. She helps parents raise kids who are free from body hate, disordered eating, and eating disorders. She is the founder of More-Love.org, a nonprofit organization that provides resources to help parents with their kids’ food and body issues.
Ginny has been a coach and consultant since 2004. Originally she supported business owners in achieving their growth goals. Upon founding More Love in 2016, her focus turned to parents and families. The principles of leadership and management that she taught to business owners translate directly into her work with parents.
Ginny’s clients enjoy her unique combination of education, compassion, and action. She is a great listener, but she’s also dedicated to making strategic plans and helping people achieve their goals.
Ginny follows a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. Her practice is also informed by Intuitive Eating and the Ellyn Satter Division of Responsibility style of feeding. She has written more than 350 articles about parenting around food and body issues and co-wrote “You’re Fine: Body Image for Girls,” in 2019 with her daughter.
Ginny has an MBA from the University of Southern California.
