Hi! I'm an eating disorder and non-diet Registered Dietitian. I help clients develop a relationship with food and their body that is more flexible and peaceful. My hope is to help you feel nourished from food, so you have time and energy to live a full life. I enjoy working from a weight-inclusive, integrative, and collaborative approach.
I work with adolescents and adults with disordered eating and eating disorders, as well as clients with digestive symptoms or conditions or chronic illness (especially dysautonomia like MCAS or POTS).
I currently accept the following insurances: Green Mountain Care (Vermont Medicaid), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United, Aetna, and MVP.
