I love to help all individuals work to have a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, to support this I work to educate and support parents in addressing their own weight, food, body judgments and rules and also how they can transfer a positive food relationship to their children who are innately born with the ability to eat. I serve individuals in the state of Texas as a Certified Eating Disorder RD (CEDRD), and provide coaching/counseling as an intuitive eating counselor worldwide.
Jane Weiss, RDN, MPH
I integrate a client-centered focus and evidence based knowledge to support a more confident, peaceful relationship with food and body image for my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents and their families, as well as adults, in finding a path outside of diet culture, disordered eating, and oppressive beauty standards to living a full and joyful life.

Samantha Berkowitz, MPH, RD, LDN
My name is Samantha, and I am a registered dietitian and the founder of SammiB Nutrition, a private practice that offers weight-inclusive care to individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating habits, chronic dieting, and anyone seeking a non-diet-focused dietitian. My passion for nutrition began during my undergraduate studies in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales University, where I learned about the essential role of food in overall health and well-being. I further pursued my interest in public health and dietetics, earning my Master of Public Health and completing my dietetic training at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
It was during my graduate studies that I discovered Intuitive Eating, a philosophy that changed the way I approached nutrition and helped me heal my own relationship with food, movement, and my body. This transformative experience led me to create SammiB Nutrition, where I uses the Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) frameworks to help clients develop a peaceful and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
My approach to nutrition counseling emphasizes self-compassion, body positivity, and intuitive eating practices. I believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their body, regardless of shape or size, and work with clients to cultivate a positive and non-judgmental attitude towards food and their body. Through telehealth services, I am able to work with clients in North Carolina, Colorado, Michigan, and Virginia. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their relationship with food and body, and to empower them to make decisions that align with their own unique needs and values.
Shanon Armfield, MEd, RD, LDN
I am a fat-positive registered dietitian providing a safe, inclusive space that is HAES-aligned and trauma-informed; LGBTQIA, non-binary, and gender-affirming; free of weight stigma or bias; action-oriented in changing systemic racial disparities; and open to people in all bodies and of all sizes, ages, races, ethnicities, and abilities. I have 25+ years of experience as a dietitian inpatient/client care and management, am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and am working towards earning my Certified Eating Disorder (CED) credentials. I currently work full-time as an eating disorders dietitian with experience in treating all diagnosable eating disorders (DSM V) as well as orthorexia, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and/or body image concerns. I am a dedicated “disrupter” of diet culture, beauty standards, food rules, and weight stigma. I am passionate about meeting clients wherever they are on their path to peaceful living and eager to guide them towards listening to their internal cues and authentic voice.
