Based in London, Ontario, change.creates.change is an eating disorder counselling service delivered by Registered Dietitians and Registered Psychotherapists who specialize in disordered eating & eating disorders. We use a non-diet approach to health and operate from a Health At Every Size philosophy. Our goal is to work with clients and their families to create change in their current routines that lead to a more nourishing and fulfilling life. In addition to individual nutrition counseling, we offer meal support therapy sessions and online programs for parents supporting their child with an eating disorder.
I work with individuals, parents, caregivers, and families to help them navigate how to create a better relationship with food for them or the children in their care. This includes discussing feeding dynamics, nutritional needs, and answering any questions parents may have. I see clients in person in Toronto, and offer virtual sessions for people in Ontario, Canada.
