Britta Beblavi, RDN, LD, CD, CIEC
Britta is a knowledgeable and compassionate eating disorder dietitian with over 15 years of professional experience. She works with children, adolescents, and adults to address their relationship with food concerns such as ARFID, anorexia, BED, bulimia, chronic dieting, and disordered eating patterns. She specializes in athletes with eating disorders, women's health issues, body image support, and family nutrition. Her approach always comes from a gentle nutrition, non-diet and weight-neutral lens. Working from a place of empathy and personalized care, Britta enjoys the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they work to heal from diet culture, rigid eating patterns, and misinformation about nutrition to find fullness and freedom in their relationship with food and life.
Britta holds the distinctive titles of Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified ARFID Specialist. She has undergone additional education, training, and supervision in order to hold these certifications. She works with clients in-person in Colorado, as well as virtually in Colorado, Hawaii, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, Wyoming, and more.
Outside of the office, you can find Britta trying new recipes, enjoying a meal with family or friends, or seeking out the Colorado sunshine!
Emmy Bright MS, RDN, CD, LDN
Emmy Bright is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist living in Madison, Wisconsin. Emmy trained in clinical nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic as well as in Intuitive Eating with its founders, and she holds bachelor's degrees in social welfare and nutrition & dietetics and a master's in healthcare administration. She specializes in providing HAES-based medical nutrition therapy for chronic diseases (with a specialty in GI conditions like IBS), eating disorders, and disordered eating, and she is passionate about creating more compassionate, fat-positive spaces in healthcare. Emmy is a fan of Pét Nat wine and seeing how many plants she can fit in her home. Emmy provides care for individuals living in multiple states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Heather provides a weight-inclusive non-diet approach to all of her client care, and specializes in working with sports, athletes, and folks who enjoy all forms of movement. Heather has experience working through athlete identities, body image, and sports nutrition through a weight-inclusive, intuitive eating lens. She also specializes in working with folx (of all ages) who have experienced disruptions to their menstrual cycle, helping them restore hormonal health through non-diet nutrition therapy.

At UNRESTRICTED NUTRITION, we have a passion for and specialty in working with adolescents (ages 12-17), emerging adults (ages 18-25), and also offer services to adults and families and caregivers.
We aim to assist with and support our clients in moving away from a restrictive mentality of right and wrong. Through the fostering of a therapeutic relationship, coupled with nutrition education, our clients will learn the truth about food and how the body utilizes it to sustain a healthy and full life.
The goal will be to progress towards a balanced relationship with food and body, where our clients can truly experience freedom from the misinformation that plagues our society. We are FBT informed, ARFID specialized, and well versed in all eating disorders and forms of disordered eating.
Stephanie Willard, MS, RD
Stephanie is a Master's level Registered Dietitian who enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and strives to build relationships that instill hope and perseverance. She decided to pursue a career as a dietitian after studying her family members’ various nutrition-related conditions, including Failure to Thrive/Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). She understands what it is like being on the other side of treatment and uses this experience to help other individuals and their families in similar situations.
Stephanie is a Certified ARFID Specialist, but enjoys working with all types of eating disorders. Stephanie's treatment modalities follow a Health at Every Size(R), non-diet, intuitive eating lens. She prioritizes spending time connecting with and encouraging her clients to try their best, try new things, and give themselves credit for even trying at all!
