I am a non-diet, weight-inclusive registered dietitian currently working in private practice in Birmingham, MI with a team of therapists specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. I typically work with ages 13+ navigating eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa/"Atypical AN", Bulimia Nervosa, OSFED, ARFID, disordered eating, and chronic dieting.
I went to Michigan State University for both my bachelors degree in Dietetics and my masters degree in Human Nutrition. I have training in Health at Every Size (HAES), weight-inclusive care, gender-affirming care, trauma-informed counseling, and more. I have experience working in a clinical hospital setting, one-on-one counseling, Intensive Outpatient Programming, and Partial Hospitalization Programming.

I work with parents on how to raise competent eaters who know how to listen to their bodies in regards to eating a variety of foods and do not feel trapped by the confinements of diet culture (good foods vs. bad foods). I help parents feel confidence in educating their children on nutrition and body image. I also work with children who may be limited in their accepted foods and whose parents need guidance in this area to help their child grow adequately and become increase their list of preferred foods.
