Katherine Piel, LMFT
My practice is rooted firmly in the principles of HAES and Intuitive Eating. I have experience working in treatment center settings in addition to my private practice. Collaboration with family members and a united clinical team is vital to the success of treatment. We all live in a diet-culture, weight-centered, weight-biased, fat-phobic society and sometimes the loved ones of clients need support and learning/un-learning of their own to gain awareness and understanding of the influence of society on values, belief-systems, and what is often mistaken for "health." I help families understand what the client is experiencing so that they can become allies in recovery for their loved one.

Kathleen Deters-Hayes, LCSW-R
I am a Clinical Social Worker committed to helping clients find their true sense of seldom life’s journey. I specialize in working with people with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues and other life struggles. I believe that each of us is on our own unique journey as a gift to the world.
Kathryn Antin, LPC-s, CEDS-c
I am specially trained for working with adult clients (18 and older) who are struggling with or in recovery from eating disorders (including co-occurring diagnoses). I also serve clients whose lives are affected by someone with an eating disorder such as a family member or friend.
It is common for people who have had an eating disorder, to find that transitions challenge their recovery process, so I find fulfillment in supporting people who are navigating life transitions: tackling the college experience, embarking on a new career, becoming a parent, empty-nesting, or encountering a less-expected transition such as grief or a relationship ending.
A therapeutic relationship must be built on warmth, empathy, genuineness, unconditional regard and trust. Using a HAES philosophy, I employ evidence-based techniques to tailor my approach to help you understand how your concerns developed and what is perpetuating them. I then support you in accepting or making changes that align with your values and goals.
I offer a free initial phone call during which time we can explore if I'm a good fit to help you reach your goals. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about therapy and help you feel ready to begin this process. You're welcome to send me an email with any questions you may have!
Katie Bingaman, LCSW
I specialize in helping my clients develop a peaceful relationship to their bodies, find freedom from the food and body police, and learn to care for themselves without shame and anxiety. My passion is helping people recover from compulsive eating, emotional eating, binge eating, body shame, and experiences of sizeism/fatphobia.
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and I use a weight neutral, Health At Every Size approach. What makes working on these things in therapy different from (although often complementary to) coaching or nutrition counseling is the depth and breadth of exploration that we will do into our sessions, using your relationship to food and your body as a starting point. My clients often find that this work is never just about food or body image. This work is fundamentally about self-trust, self-worth, autonomy, embodiment, pleasure, and joy.

I am passionate about helping individuals dealing with disordered eating and eating disorders. I am open to working with individuals experiencing any eating disorders but am particularly interested in treating Binge Eating Disorder. I take an anti-diet and Health at Every Size approach to treatment. I offer individual virtual sessions in the state of Kentucky.
I completed my Masters degree in Social Work at New York University in 2007. I have been independently licensed since 2010. I have worked in many mental health settings. I am currently in private practice and offering individual virtual sessions. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my sessions with clients. I always meet the client where they are and we work together from there. I refer to a group of dietitians locally that also take an anti-diet and HAES approach. I believe a team approach to treating eating disorders is the best approach!

Kristine Gallagher, M.Ed., LPC
I operate from the lens of “progress over perfection” and utilize a strengths-based approach, tailoring my style to the uniqueness of each client. It’s important to me that the therapeutic process feels collaborative, wherein we are aligned on our goals and how progress is measured. I welcome clients to come as they are, including those that are new to therapy and/or ambivalent about change. I work with clients individually, but encourage loved ones to partake in support sessions, and when appropriate, collaborate care with other healthcare providers.
My specialties and areas of interest include eating disorders and disordered eating patterns, body image, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration and development, relational issues and perinatal concerns. I am an affirming and non-diet centered clinician who welcomes diversity of body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions and political values. I am in the final stages of acquiring my CEDS with supervision under Sarah Gracz, LMFT, CEDS-C.
