I specialize in helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting, various levels of disordered eating, and body image concerns – as well as nutrition and body image healing work in eating disorder recovery. Ultimately, I help clients nurture a caring and compassionate relationship with food and their bodies through a non-weight focused, non-diet approach.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults at my office in Mill Valley, California. In my client sessions, I create a safe, judgment-free, therapeutic space where you can come, process, and learn how to kindly be with (and in) your body. And where you can learn how to cultivate an enjoyable, healthy, and nourishing relationship with food. In our work together, you’ll gain an understanding of how to truly listen, connect, and care for your body and yourself.
I believe that everyone has the right to experience joy and well-being in this life. For some, that may be complicated by their relationship with food and their body. I will work with you to break free from food concerns so that you may apply that energy toward other goals in life. We will work together to help you develop a healthy relationship with food and build resilience against diet culture. I believe in progress through self-compassion and kindness. I offer you a safe and welcoming space to explore what that may look like in your life.

My heart is to help adults find freedom so the younger generation can, in turn, be free.
