Shana Minei Spence, MS, RDN, CDN
All of my sessions are virtual and an hour. I coach clients in an intuitive eating and HAES approach. I do not give diets to clients (adults) and I definitely do not give diets to children. I believe that children are born with the ability to intuitively eat and need support with their families in order to regain that. The parents also need to have a sensitivity toward their children as well.

I currently work full-time as an eating disorders dietitian with experience in treating all diagnosable eating disorders (DSM V) as well as orthorexia, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and/or body image concerns. I am a dedicated “disrupter” of diet culture, beauty standards, food rules, and weight stigma. I am passionate about meeting clients wherever they are on their path to peaceful living and eager to guide them towards listening to their internal cues and authentic voice.

Stefanie Ginsburg, RD, CEDRD-S
At UNRESTRICTED NUTRITION, we have a passion for and specialty in working with adolescents (ages 12-17), emerging adults (ages 18-25), and also offer services to adults and families and caregivers.
We aim to assist with and support our clients in moving away from a restrictive mentality of right and wrong. Through the fostering of a therapeutic relationship, coupled with nutrition education, our clients will learn the truth about food and how the body utilizes it to sustain a healthy and full life.
The goal will be to progress towards a balanced relationship with food and body, where our clients can truly experience freedom from the misinformation that plagues our society. We are FBT informed, ARFID specialized, and well versed in all eating disorders and forms of disordered eating.
Stephanie Brooks, MS, RD, CEDRD-S
I utilize a HAES/weight neutral approach. When working w families of young kids I tend to lean on Ellyn Satter's DOR approach to set up good feeding dynamics within the family. I also pull from a family based nutrition therapy approach and discuss how our environment/culture conditions us to buy into diet culture and weight stigma and how can we help ourselves and our kids challenge this and thrive.

Stephanie Van't Zelfden, RDN
I specialize in anti-diet and weight-inclusive care for kids, adults and families. I specialize in nutrition therapy & counseling for: intuitive eating, eating disorders/disordered eating (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID and OSFED), child nutrition concerns, picky eating, child growth concerns.
I offer personal attention and compassionate care for the whole family, and I believe in the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to treat all with dignity and respect no matter your body shape or size.
I'm a dietitian, but I don't believe in dieting. Instead of focusing on weight loss, I help people develop a healthy relationship with food, enjoy all foods without guilt, and trust, appreciate, and respect their body. All bodies deserve dignity and respect. I help people reach their health goals, without focusing on the number on the scale.

Sydney Cavero-Eg̼squiza, MS, RD/LD
I work with families to help encourage body confidence and eating competency with their children, and I encourage the parents to experiment with giving their child space to be their own body experts instead of stepping in and being the expert over them. This can require a lot of support to help parents trust the process and trust that their child will listen to their body and make expert decisions for themselves within the gentle framework established by working within the sDOR model.
