Kate McGill, Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Clinician, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor
I support adult clients living with eating disorders, disordered eating and chronic dieting to nourish themselves and heal from their challenging relationships with food and body. I have a special interest in body image healing.
I also support parents to establish peaceful and nourishing relationships with food and body in their young people. Every client is of course unique and requires individual assessment and interventions and approaches to care.
I use Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating and other non-diet frameworks to help support my clients' recovery, and pursue food freedom.
Kate Merkle, MPH, RDN, LDN, LCSW
Hi, I'm Kate. I'm a dual-licensed clinician with over 20 years of experience helping clients heal their relationship with food, body, and self. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and a certified trainer, educator, and practitioner of psychodrama (TEP). My clinical background spans hospital settings, higher levels of care, and outpatient therapy, and I bring a trauma-informed, social justice-oriented lens to every client relationship, including the families walking alongside them.
My approach affirms body diversity, neurodivergence, and marginalized identities. I am committed to Health At Every Size® (HAES®), anti-oppressive care, and genuinely inclusive support for every client I work with. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Intuitive Eating, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and psychodrama, tailoring my approach to what each client and family actually needs.
I understand that recovery from disordered eating, trauma, and chronic self-doubt takes time, trust, and skilled support, and I don't expect anyone to navigate it alone. I collaborate closely with each client, and often with their support system, to define goals, build self-awareness, and cultivate sustainable practices for long-term healing and growth.
Kate Sweeney, MS, RDN, LDN, Ernährungswissenschaftlerin
In my practice, I provide virtual nutrition therapy and coaching for teens, adults and families in the US and Europe who are struggling with food, exercise and/or body image concerns. As a Certified Intuitive Eating counselor and student of Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility, my nutrition therapy and coaching services are rooted in a weight inclusive, Healthy at Every Size Approach. I utilize hands-on approaches like meal support, therapeutic modalities like Exposure and Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and nutrition education to help teens and families harness their individual and collective strengths to create a nourishing relationship with food, body and eating.

Katherine Metzelaar, MSN, RD
I help individuals to create peace with their bodies and food by taking the focus off of weight as a perimeter for health and focusing on behaviors that will lead to long-term stability, change, and freedom. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating and work with chronic dieters too. I can support parents who have kids with eating/body issues by giving them the tools to help navigate the challenges that come up in helping their kids to heal, as will as diving into and supporting the parent's relationship with their body and food.

My practice is rooted firmly in the principles of HAES and Intuitive Eating. I have experience working in treatment center settings in addition to my private practice. Collaboration with family members and a united clinical team is vital to the success of treatment. We all live in a diet-culture, weight-centered, weight-biased, fat-phobic society and sometimes the loved ones of clients need support and learning/un-learning of their own to gain awareness and understanding of the influence of society on values, belief-systems, and what is often mistaken for "health." I help families understand what the client is experiencing so that they can become allies in recovery for their loved one.

I counsel parents to follow a Trust Model of feeding with their kids, also known as Ellyn Satter's Division of responsibility. I work with parents to separate their concerns about body size from their feeding approach, so that they can provide a supportive, structured feeding environment that is not based on trying to manipulate body size. My approach is based on supporting unique individual children to develop eating competence at their own pace. If parents report growth or weight concerns, I evaluate growth data when possible and coach parents to support the natural process of growth and affirm the diversity of bodies.

Kathleen Meehan, MS, RD, LDN
As a weight-inclusive, non-diet dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor, I am passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food. I am a champion for pleasurable, satisfying food and believe you deserve to eat all types of food, free from shame and guilt. We will help you to nourish flexibly by using an individualized, additive approach as I strongly feel that healthy behaviors are not restrictive. We will learn from reflecting on the impact of rigid food rules and your past experience with food. My goal is to help people reconnect to their bodies through self-compassion, curiosity, and non-judgmental exploration. We can help to build trust in your body, and heal your relationship with food through increased awareness, experience and practice.
Healing your own relationship with food is one of the best ways you can help to protect your family from harmful messaging. Whether you are looking for help for yourself, or for your family, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am licensed in many states throughout the country and work virtually.
Kathryn Antin, LPC-s, CEDS-c
I am specially trained for working with adult clients (18 and older) who are struggling with or in recovery from eating disorders (including co-occurring diagnoses). I also serve clients whose lives are affected by someone with an eating disorder such as a family member or friend.
It is common for people who have had an eating disorder, to find that transitions challenge their recovery process, so I find fulfillment in supporting people who are navigating life transitions: tackling the college experience, embarking on a new career, becoming a parent, empty-nesting, or encountering a less-expected transition such as grief or a relationship ending.
A therapeutic relationship must be built on warmth, empathy, genuineness, unconditional regard and trust. Using a HAES philosophy, I employ evidence-based techniques to tailor my approach to help you understand how your concerns developed and what is perpetuating them. I then support you in accepting or making changes that align with your values and goals.
I offer a free initial phone call during which time we can explore if I'm a good fit to help you reach your goals. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about therapy and help you feel ready to begin this process. You're welcome to send me an email with any questions you may have!

I also help caregivers navigate how to best support their loved ones’ healing, especially when concerns about growth or health are present. Katie Bingaman, LCSW
I specialize in helping my clients develop a peaceful relationship to their bodies, find freedom from the food and body police, and learn to care for themselves without shame and anxiety. My passion is helping people recover from compulsive eating, emotional eating, binge eating, body shame, and experiences of sizeism/fatphobia.
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and I use a weight neutral, Health At Every Size approach. What makes working on these things in therapy different from (although often complementary to) coaching or nutrition counseling is the depth and breadth of exploration that we will do into our sessions, using your relationship to food and your body as a starting point. My clients often find that this work is never just about food or body image. This work is fundamentally about self-trust, self-worth, autonomy, embodiment, pleasure, and joy.

My dedication lies in assisting individuals in cultivating a positive relationship with food, body, and mental well-being. Katie Davis, RDN, CD
If a parent is concerned about their child's weight, I first listen to their concerns and ask a lot of questions -- both about the child and the home environment. We discuss ways that the parent can support and help their child grow up in their body free from shame and guilt. I emphasize how important it is to continue to allow children to be the intuitive eaters they were born as-- without any restriction on portion size, type of food, etc.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Be Body Positive Facilitator based in New Jersey. I specialize in providing medical nutrition therapy for individuals who have eating disorders or disordered eating. I am thrilled to support those who may not have a diagnosed eating disorder but feel unhappy in their current relationships with food, body and movement/exercise.
I am an anti- diet dietitian. This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy. If you do have a medical condition, I know how challenging it can be to maintain a positive relationship with food and your body while honoring your health and medical needs. I would love to help you navigate these challenges. I practice with a weight inclusive, Health At Every Size® approach. This means I care about the lived experiences you have had as a human with a body. I believe in nurturing a client’s inner wisdom and intuitive eating instincts. I am here to help you navigate a world rooted in diet culture.
I believe in you and I believe in your journey- whatever that looks like. I believe in recovery. With openness, education, kindness and support I believe you can achieve the freedom, confidence and peace you deserve to eat intuitively, move your body in a way that feels good and participate in your life to the fullest extent of your ability.
In my free time, I am an avid gardener and plant lady. I also love to read, travel, and experience new places, cultures and people- especially through food! I spend a good deal of time playing with my German Shepherd dogs.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at Ohio University. I then went on to obtain my Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science followed by completing a required dietetic internship with Nutrition Ink. I initially began my career as a dietitian working in endocrinology, working with individuals diagnosed with various endocrine conditions. I primarily worked with individuals diagnosed with Diabetes, both types 1 and 2 to navigate blood sugar management.
I then went on to discover my passion in working with eating disorders and disordered eating. I have several years experience working at the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care for eating disorder treatment as the Lead Dietitian. I have supported both adolescents and adults from a diverse set of backgrounds and lived experiences on their recovery journey. I am also a licensed Be Body Positive Facilitator through The Body Positive.
