Jessica Jaeger, MS, RD, CDN
At Jaeger Nutrition, we explore the why behind your personal eating and food choices, as well as how society and diet culture impact those personal choices. Jaeger Nutrition welcomes clients of all backgrounds and gender identities.
We use a client-centered, compassion-based approach to help clients recover from eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting, learn to identify and navigate the body's natural hunger and fullness cues, and challenge diet culture. We value health in the most holistic sense, and understand that everyone's version of health looks a little different.

Part of my work is teaching self-compassion while you are embracing the idea of total embodiment and food healing. Food healing embraces the idea of eating for your personal well being. I feel strongly about meeting your needs through flexible, individualized eating based on hunger, satiety, nutritional needs, and senses satisfaction. I am firm in my belief for weight inclusivity, which is accepting and respecting the inherent diversity of body shapes and sizes.

Karin Kaplan Grumet, RD, CEDRD
I am Karin Kaplan Grumet, the founder of KKG NUTRITION in Summit NJ. I am passionate about prevention and treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating and open my doors to anyone seeking freedom from food obsessions and diet mentality. I have been specializing in these areas for the past 20+ years and am eager to share my knowledge of intuitive eating and positive body image with all of my clients. I come from a non diet, health at every size approach to nutrition therapy and look forward to guiding clients away from diet culture.
During the pandemic, I wrote a children's book called. I AM ME! about self acceptance, not comparing yourself to others and loving yourself and your uniqueness. It was written with the intent of starting the discussion of self love and body appreciation at an early age and understanding that the "ideal" does not always lead to joy and happiness. Written with a whimsical rhyme and a lot of reason, I am hopeful it will decrease the diet culture and body dissatisfaction in our world and embrace self love, body love and kindness. We can all use a little bit of that.

Katherine Metzelaar, MSN, RD
I help individuals to create peace with their bodies and food by taking the focus off of weight as a perimeter for health and focusing on behaviors that will lead to long-term stability, change, and freedom. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating and work with chronic dieters too. I can support parents who have kids with eating/body issues by giving them the tools to help navigate the challenges that come up in helping their kids to heal, as will as diving into and supporting the parent's relationship with their body and food.

Katherine Zavodni, MPH, RD, CD, CEDRD
I counsel parents to follow a Trust Model of feeding with their kids, also known as Ellyn Satter's Division of responsibility. I work with parents to separate their concerns about body size from their feeding approach, so that they can provide a supportive, structured feeding environment that is not based on trying to manipulate body size. My approach is based on supporting unique individual children to develop eating competence at their own pace. If parents report growth or weight concerns, I evaluate growth data when possible and coach parents to support the natural process of growth and affirm the diversity of bodies.
